At MAI Originals, all products are made to order through our production partner. Each item is produced individually after you place your order. Because of this:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
This policy follows the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which exempts custom-made or clearly personalized products from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maioriginals.com.

A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or defective product
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Responsibility During Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. MAI Originals is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
