These terms and conditions alongside with other terms mentioned on this website constitutes this website’s service and business agreement. Maioriginals.com is the marketplace of MAI Merchandise Oy (Business ID: 2946642-9). These terms and conditions are used to provide services and products with MAI Merchandise Oy. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms of agreement shown below.

MAI Merchandise Oy has the right to change these terms and conditions without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Returns or Refunds

We guarantee to refund any item you are not happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receiving the order. All returns are free. The restrictions of refunds are determined by Consumer Protection Law, Act 6.16; CD-/BluRay-/DVD-/LP or other sealed products are non-refundable if the seal has been opened. Personal goods (for example underwear) are non-refundable once the parcel has been opened due to hygiene reasons. The refundable item should be unused. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service info@maioriginals.com.

Instructions for Returns

If you want to return an item, write the address shown below on the parcel:

Also add a return code 655468. Take the parcel to your nearest post office.

The customer is held accountable for the parcel until it has reached our warehouse. Save the receipt of the return with the tracking code on it. This will be your proof of the return.

If the parcel has been posted to a locker, follow the returns instructions sent by text. The parcel will be returned with the original code and the address label on top of the parcel.

Guarantee and defect liability

MAI Merchandise Oy is liable for legal defect liability. For more information, contact customer service info@maioriginals.com.

Complaints and notice of defect

The customer is obliged to show the receipt or other proof of the transaction when making a complaint or a notice of defect. Only the written complaints will be handled. Informal complaint can be sent via email to the following email address: info@maioriginals.com.

Shipping

MAI Originals offers reliable and efficient international shipping. The shipping costs are determined by the weight of the parcel and the shipping country.

With international shipping, the possible taxes and duties are determined by the shipping country and are excluded from the shipping costs. The delivery time may vary depending on the country as well. With international shipments, the shipping costs shown below are only estimations and the final costs are determined by the weight of the parcel and the shipping country.

Collection from the warehouse is possible Monday to Friday 10.00-16.00 (local time). Our warehouse is located in Konala, Helsinki. Please contact the customer service (info@maioriginals.com) if you wish to collect your order from the warehouse.
